Managing Director
Graham completed an Applied Science degree in Building at NSWIT and devoted 35 years of continuous and active participation to the construction and property development industry. His experience includes NSW manager Hooker Projects, General Manager Costain Construction, General Manager marketing Boral Building Products and General Manager Pioneer Homes Australia.
Graham is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Building and a Director of the Housing Industry Association, a body that represents nationally the interests of 50,000 home building members and pursues an agenda that preserves the great Australian dream of home-ownership. Graham is chair of the National Planning, Environment and Development Committee.
Graham’s experience and knowledge of the development process, his personal enthusiasm for innovation and his very hands-on management practice, provides a solid base upon which the reputation of Combined Development Group is founded.
Chairman
In addition to his role as chairman of Combined Development Group, Phil is the Managing Director and founder of Prime Constructions Pty Ltd. Prime is a well respected middle tier construction and property business which successfully operates in the commercial, industrial, residential and refurbishment market. It is able to undertake projects on a Design and Construct, Construction Management and Lump Sum Tender basis.
The business was formed in 1983 and has a reputation for quality and integrity. The company has been profitable since incorporation and is soundly managed. It has completed almost $1 billion worth of projects in that time.
Prior to his founding of Prime Constructions, Phil obtained an honours degree in Building from UNSW and held senior management positions with E. A. Watts Pty Ltd, Fletcher Watts and Triden Contractors. These experiences provided valuable exposure to the technical and commercial aspects of construction, contract administration, building systems, planning, and human resource management.
Phil’s proven executive leadership capabilities and his ability to create innovative and cost-effective development solutions brings 38 years experience to Combined Development Group.
Director & Company Secretary
For over 30 years Cec has been continuously involved in the property and construction industry.
Cec held senior financial management positions in major private and public companies prior to joining Prime Constructions Pty Ltd in 1990. Engaged as the Commercial Manager of Prime Constructions, Cec was subsequently appointed a Director.
His astute financial management skills and extensive industry experience is an invaluable asset for Combined Development Group, particularly in the areas of corporate and strategic financial management, funds management, cost control, administration and corporate governance.
